MOSSEL BAY OUTING: We where 44 players, it was again quite a wet day, seems to always rain on the QACCS outings. It was interesting comp 4 ball aliance with a bonus prize where Gehard Swanepoel picked 4 holes , the most accumulated points on these holes won a bonus prize. Lets see how many guys we get to the Plett outing we have only booked 11 four balls. If any body has any ideas on a charity that we can donate our fine money this year please don’t be shy to give suggestions. Please guys enjoy the rest of your week.
NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP: We now have officially 94 paid up members out of 101 registered members for 2009. Membership is officially closed for 2009. We now have 94 members covering the whole spectrum in our industry. Please make use of this opportunity in your daily business. Remember that this is what Qaccs is all about. ENCOURAGING BUSINESS THROUGH GOLF.
Please keep in mind that in order to introduce someone into Qaccs, you need to be a member for longer than a year. To second any individual, you need to be a member for longer than a year. This is stipulated in the constitution. Qaccs is a club with strong affiliations to the building industry. The S in Qaccs is for supplier to this industry. It is quite clear in the constitution that a supplier be defined as an entity who supplies material & services to the building industry. To join the following must take place;
1. Be invited to play at Qaccs Outing.
2. Fill in an application form
3. Play with a committee member
4. Get approved by the committee
5. Pay Entrance Fee and Subs
6. Get inducted during outing and receive shirt.
FINES: R450.00.
INTRODUCTIONS: No inductions in September
